What's included in the Premade Program?
A periodized program by experience level (Developmental, Competitive, or Elite), plus the full
self-serve platform. PRs by implement, throws session logging with auto-PR, video upload with
frame-by-frame and A-B loops, daily wellness check-ins, meet calendar, and the Grind
discipline-cycle tracker. No coach assignment, $49.99 one-time.
What does the Personalized Program include?
Everything in Premade, plus a program built from your intake (PRs, training age, goal mark).
A coach reviews your video uploads and wellness check-ins, then adjusts the plan week by week.
Async only, no live calls. $150/mo, monthly via Stripe.
What's different about Coach's Choice?
Everything in Personalized, but you pick the named coach (Pukstys, Woosley, Marcus, Wales, etc.)
from the roster. That coach builds and adjusts your program directly inside the platform,
reviews video with cue notes, and you message them direct. $250/mo, monthly via Stripe.
What events do you coach?
Shot put, discus, hammer, javelin, and weight throw, the full throws roster.
The platform tracks 19 implement specs across those five events so a HS 12 lb shot
and an open 16 lb shot are separate PRs.
Where exactly are the camps?
Birmingham AL (NSAF Project Javelin Gold · Pukstys), Central & Baton Rouge LA
(the South Louisiana Camp and the Mardi Gras Throws Festival · Rob & John Woosley),
and LSU in Baton Rouge (the Louisiana Winter Track & Field Camp). Full list and

Do I need to be at a specific level?
No. The camp roster ranges from middle school throwers learning the events to multi-time
NCAA champions. The platform tracks the same way for everyone, by implement, attempt,
and meet.
How are payments handled?
Stripe Checkout for invoices, Stripe Connect destination charges for routing to the
coach's bank account. No Venmo chasing, no manual reconciliation. Coach gets paid;
you get a receipt.
Is this affiliated with USA Throws Project or USA Javelin Project?
The roster, coach bios, and camp history reference the real network, we're built on
the lineage and feature its athletes and coaches. The platform itself is an
Osiris Industries product designed to support that community.
Can I try it without committing?
Sign in once and see the dashboard. The Premade Program at $49.99 is the lowest-friction
way in. If you want a coach-built plan or a named coach, you can upgrade to Personalized
or Coach's Choice from your Account page any time.
Can middle school athletes join?
Yes. The Premade Program has a Developmental track built for athletes new to the throws,
with implement weights and volume scaled down accordingly. The camp roster ranges from
middle schoolers learning the events to multi-time NCAA champions.
Do you coach all four events, or just javelin?
All four — javelin, shot put, discus, and hammer (plus weight throw). The brand
started in javelin, but the staff and the platform cover the full throws roster, and the
platform tracks 19 implement specs across the events so each is its own PR.
